Sign in and invite your team

Sign in to your Portal with the administrator account. Under Settings → Access, use Invite someone to give a colleague a role in an ecosystem; they receive a one-time link to choose their password.

Add a device

Go to Inventory → Add supported asset. At Provision & Verify, enter the device address and an administrator account once: NEXXVU creates its own read-only monitoring account on the device, tests it and adds the asset.

Keep your Portal up to date

A red dot on Updates means a new release is available. Open it, read the changes and choose Update; the Portal checks itself afterwards and reports when it is ready.

Send e-mail from your Portal

Under Settings → Email, connect your organization's mail server and use Check e-mail. Invitations can then also be sent by e-mail.
